My heart is SO full today. 💜✨ I honestly had My heart is SO full today. 💜✨ I honestly had this little fear in the back of my mind that maybe no one would show up… but wow. I was completely blown away by every single person who walked through the door to celebrate Mama Miss Art Studio turning ONE. Your support — for me, for my studio, for the dream I’ve poured my whole heart into — means more than I can ever put into words. There were several moments today where I teared up because I just couldn’t believe how loved and supported this space is. Thank you, truly, to each and every one of you who came by, brought your kids, spread the word, sent messages, or cheered me on from afar. You made today unforgettable. 🦃✨ Thanksgiving Squishmallow Feast — Event 🦃✨ Thanksgiving Squishmallow Feast — Event Synopsis! ✨🦃 Our Squishmallow friends gathered for the tiniest, cutest Thanksgiving celebration ever—and the creativity was off the charts! Each kiddo built their own cozy holiday scene, complete with a festive mini table, place settings, veggies, mashed potatoes, a sunflower centerpiece, a whole turkey(!!), and the sweetest fall décor. And let’s talk about the pies… because honestly, the pies stole the show. 🥧😍 Those tiny blueberries were beyond adorable and officially my personal favorite detail! Also… did you peep that blue turkey hiding in the scene?! 💙🦃 The kids’ imaginations seriously have no limits. From the hand-drawn menu board to the corn bundle, paper chains, gratitude tree, and pinecone turkey, every little detail made this mini feast feel magical. And guess what? The Squishmallow fun continues! We’re diving into the magical, pastel-filled world of Tanya Schultz (a.k.a. Pip & Pop) and creating our own whimsical 3D sculptures! 🎨💗 Campers will explore balance, layering, movement, and texture as they build playful, dreamlike sculptures using pipe cleaners, pom poms, coils, curls & all the pastel goodness. 🦃🍂 Thanksgiving Squishmallow Workshop — Th 🦃🍂 Thanksgiving Squishmallow Workshop — This Sunday! 🍂🦃 Here’s a little sneak peek of all the adorable things we’re planning for our Thanksgiving Squishmallow Workshop! 😍 Think: mini pies, a tiny pumpkin centerpiece, the obligatory kindergarten-esque pinecone turkey that every Thanksgiving table has, a sunflower vase, a fall wreath, a decorated table… and that’s just the start. We’re also planning even more feast-day fun, like: 🦃 A squishmallow-sized turkey 🔥 A tiny oven 🥔 Mashed potatoes 🍇 Cranberry sauce 🥬 Collard greens 🌽 Corn décor 🌳 A gratitude tree And the best part? Included in the price is their very own 5” squishmallow! 🧡 If your kiddo loves squishmallows, details, and adorable tiny things, this is the workshop for them. Fall florals, laughter, and creativity flowed all afternoon. 🎨 Monday: Our School’s Out Mini Camp dove into the fascinating world of Christopher Marley, exploring art through nature and design. 🌈 Tuesday: Another Mini Camp day bursting with color — inspired by the bold, expressive work of Mary Anne Smiley. 📚Wednesday: Private Art sessions combined creativity and storytelling as we painted pieces inspired by The Vanderbeekers of 141st Street and the whimsical style of French artist Magali Dincher. 🍁 Friday: Our Homeschool Artist Study wrapped up the week with Henri Matisse — fall-style!
