REFUNDS • CANCELLATIONS • STUDIO POLICIES
At Mama Miss Art Studio, each class, camp, workshop, and event is thoughtfully prepared in advance, with materials purchased and space reserved specifically for each participant. Because of this, the following policies are in place.
Classes, Workshops & Open Studio
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees, or studio credit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be eligible for studio credit if we are able to fill the spot.
Mini Camps & Summer Camps
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of camp are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees, or studio credit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of camp are non-refundable, as materials and staffing are prepared in advance.
Birthday Parties & Private Events
A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your date. This booking fee is separate from the party price and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may receive a refund of any additional payments made.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule based on availability.
Processing Fees
A 3% processing fee is added to class, workshop, camp, and other applicable event registrations to help cover electronic payment processing costs. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Birthday parties and birthday party booking fees are excluded from the 3% processing fee.
Any applicable processing fee will be disclosed prior to checkout.
Missed Classes
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed classes without prior notice.
Illness & Emergencies
If your child is sick, please reach out. We’re always happy to work with you to reschedule or offer studio credit when possible.
